Empowerment Collaborative of Long Island (ECLI) is a grass roots, 501(c)(3) non-profit human service agency.
ECLI was founded in 2015 by five women dedicated to bringing trauma informed services to Long Island; ECLI works with survivors of trauma such as human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault, incarceration, homelessness, substance abuse, mental illness, poverty, gang and community violence.
ECLI strongly believes that love, compassion, the human connection, and building a community of support tailored to the specific needs of each individual is the key to successful and long-term outcomes. All services are trauma informed and provided by trauma certified individuals; through its array of services ECLI seeks to empower and assist in the healing process so that each individual can unlock the resilience they possess and live a healthy and fulfilling life.
